Welcome to MTI-CMS (Customer & Insurance Policy Management System), owned and operated by M Tech Info. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our mobile application, cloud services, and website. By accessing, downloading, or using MTI-CMS, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, logging in, or using MTI-CMS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

2. Description of Services & Products

MTI-CMS is a digital SaaS productivity and management tool for CSC/VLE operators, insurance agents, retailers, and small businesses. Services include:

• Customer Ledger & Digital Khata Record Management
• Insurance Policy Tracking, Due Date Alerts & WhatsApp/SMS Reminders
• Income & Expense Bookkeeping
• Offline-first Local Data Storage with Cloud Backup & Multi-device Sync
• Ad-Free Premium Experience

3. Subscription Plans & INR Pricing

Certain premium features are available through subscription plans. All prices for products and services are explicitly quoted and billed in Indian Rupees (INR - ₹):

• Ad-Free Only: ₹ 20 / month (INR)
• Starter Plan Monthly: ₹ 59 / month (INR)
• Regular Half-Yearly Plan: ₹ 354 / 6 months (INR)
• Regular Yearly Plan: ₹ 980 / year (INR) [Save 2%]
• PREMIUM MONTHLY PLAN: ₹ 1049 / month (INR)
• PREMIUM YEARLY PLAN: ₹ 2014 / year (INR) [Save 4%]

4. Payment Processing via Cashfree Payment Gateway

All subscription payments on MTI-CMS are securely processed through our authorized payment gateway partner, Cashfree Payments India Private Limited (Cashfree PG). Supported payment modes include UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Net Banking, and other authorized Indian payment instruments. M Tech Info does not store or process sensitive bank account details, card CVVs, or UPI PINs.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled strictly in accordance with our Refunds & Cancellation Policy. Users can cancel subscriptions anytime. In the event of duplicate payment debits or technical errors, refunds are credited back to the source account within 5 to 7 business days via Cashfree.

6. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree to use MTI-CMS only for lawful business operations. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of the customer, ledger, and insurance data you maintain. You must not attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or compromise the security of the application.

7. Limitation of Liability

MTI-CMS provides local data storage (via Hive) and cloud backup (via Google Firebase). While we strive for 99.9% reliability, M Tech Info shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from device hardware failure, data loss, or network interruptions.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in North Tripura, Tripura, India.
